The VenusX multimodal "smart" linear accelerator combines world-class technologies and aesthetic design.
VenusX can be used for 3D conformal ray tracing therapy (3D-CRT), intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), volume modulated radiation therapy (VMAT) and other treatment regimens. The device is equipped with kV-kV, kV-MV, MV-MV, CBCT and other modes mixed modes with visual image control. An automated AI-based quality assessment function simplifies quality control and improves the accuracy of treatment procedures for patients.
VenusX has developed the world's first orthogonal two-layer technology multi-petal collimator, which provides effective uniform dose distribution that corresponds to the doctor's prescription. With these innovations, the VenusX linear accelerator can deliver more effective protection of organs at risk (OAR) and conduct more accurate treatment procedures in complex cases.

Highly effective volume-modulated radiation therapy (VMAT).
Volume modulated radiation therapy (VMAT) based on orthogonal two-layer multilobe collimator technology requires significantly less treatment time than the traditional PTMI technique (radiotherapy with
modulated intensity). The therapy planning system is equipped with an accelerated GPU-based Monte Carlo dose algorithm, which makes planning more accurate and efficient.
Smart visual control system.
Designed with removable double rings, the kV CBCT and MV EPID image guidance systems allow for reduced setup time with automatic positioning using a hybrid algorithm.
Artificial Intelligence.
"5G+Cloud+AI" is intelligent radiation therapy solutions that enable remote planning and real-time monitoring based on artificial intelligence and cloud technologies, ensuring optimal operation of the linear accelerator.
Algorithm for dose calculation by Monte Carlo method.
Using a GPU-accelerated Monte Carlo dose calculation algorithm, the dose calculation of an IMRT plan for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can be performed within 3 minutes. This results in better performance and significantly reduced monitor unit volume, while improving the compliance index (CI) and reducing the homogeneity index (HI), ensuring coverage of the target area and minimizing dose fall-off outside the target area.
The "D2SRS" radiotherapy system (optional)
The "D2SRS" radiotherapy system is a new precise solution for stereotactic radiotherapy for intracranial lesions and body tumors. The system perfectly integrates a miniature MLC and photocones. It has high positioning accuracy and dose compliance, and can implement stereotactic radiosurgery. The SRS/SBRT treatment plan can solve the problem of treatment precision during clinical high-dose radiation, and can be widely used in the radical treatment of intracranial, lung, liver, prostate, and pancreatic cancer. The system is designed to meet the needs of clinical SBRT in the treatment space. The height of the adapter after installation is less than 13 cm, which reduces the risk of collision and increases the treatment space for clinical treatment of SRS/SBRT.
